Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of vehicles and the provision of travel services by JN Car Rental Travel and Tours. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Rental Agreement
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a rental agreement will be provided. This agreement must be signed by the renter and will outline specific terms related to the rental period, vehicle condition, and responsibilities.
Eligibility Requirements
- Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
- A valid government-issued ID and a credit card in the renter’s name are required for security purposes.
- Additional drivers must also meet the same eligibility requirements.
Vehicle Use
- The rented vehicle is to be used for lawful purposes only.
- The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period.
- Off-road driving or use of the vehicle in unauthorized areas is strictly prohibited.
Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are provided with a tank of fuel and must be returned with a same level fuel tank.
- Failure to return the vehicle with not a same level tank will result in a refueling charge.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the rental period will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.
Additional Fees
- Additional fees may apply for late returns, additional drivers, and optional equipment (e.g., GPS, child seats).
- A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Liability Limitation
JN Car Rental Travel and Tours is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of the vehicle.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
Amendments
JN Car Rental Travel and Tours reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers prior to their rental period.
